Truly a work of genius, rich in themes and mature in its execution, AoT asks heavy questions on morality and human nature without pulling any punches, the development of its main character from victim to perpetrator, the humanizing of its 'villains', the morally gray conflict, the poignant social commentary and much more make Attack on Titan an excellent series.
